With over 16 years of leadership experience in public and private sectors, I understand organizational complexities and the many layers involved in high-stakes decision-making.

Having led large teams through significant changes and projects, my strengths lie in helping others figure out their professional path and coach them through major career moments, including role changes, organizational restructures and pivots in direction.

Using a Gestalt-informed lens, we challenge perspectives to uncover alternative ways of thinking.

Together, we move from insight to action. We focus on sound judgment and sustainable effectiveness.

Phase 4: Transformation

Our engagements typically span 6+ sessions. This allows for deep reflection, the opportunity to co-develop actions, implement and assess.
